The Hotel Do Re Mi restaurant is run directly by the owners and our cook Carla will no doubt surprise guests with traditional, wholesome cuisine. As you spend some time relaxing on the beach, Carla will be in the kitchen rolling out fresh, homemade pasta, just like people used to do in years gone by!!! Every day, guests can choose from three meat or fish-based menus for their meals, whilst at breakfast we serve a rich buffet of freshly-made cakes direct from our kitchens, as well as yoghurt, biscuits and much more besides. And those who like to start the day with something savoury won’t be disappointed either as there are cold cuts and toast to give you the energy you need to start the day.
